Return Policy

At VGLE Studios, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we accept returns on eligible, unopened, and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition — unopened, unused, and sealed in original packaging
- Returns must be initiated and received within 30 days of delivery
- Final Sale items cannot be returned
- A flat-rate return shipping fee of $9.99 CAD will be deducted from your refund
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used or opened skincare and cosmetic products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@vgle.ca. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will review and resolve your case as quickly as possible.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email info@vgle.ca with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll provide further instructions including where to send your return.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us
