At VGLE Studios, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return unopened, unused, and sealed products within 30 days of the purchase date.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging
- Returns must be initiated and received within 30 days of the purchase date
- A flat $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable once tracking has been issued
- Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return — please check product pages
- For damaged, defective, or allergy-related concerns, contact us with clear photos for review
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order.
